Mr. Alok Rawat has 10 years of experience in hospital management. He started his career after his MBA in healthcare management with Arpana Hospital, Karnal. He worked in all departments of the hospital including but not limited to PR, Nursing Management, Medical Officer management, consultant management, HR, Front office, etc. After the introduction of NABH, he also worked as a quality manager at Arpana Hospital and got the hospital's NABH Entry-Level Accreditation.

Mr. Alok Rawat has joined Tula Hospital, Palwal as head of Medical Operations and looking after the Front Office, Billing, Nursing Management, Medical Office Management, Admission and Discharge Management, Medical Record Department, etc.

He reports to the DGM of the hospital.
